Hello friends and welcome to my website!

Here's a bit more personal information about me and my family so you will feel like you know me and are comfortable I will be the right real estate agent for you! I'm fun to work with a high energy level - but I am also an MBA businesswoman and know  my stuff.

I am :

  • The Jacksonville Business Journal's BOOK OF LISTS #16 real estate agent in all of Northeast Florida for 2010 with over $12,000,000 in sales.
  • #7 Realtor within Watson Realty Corporation in 2010proud
  • A proud University of Florida Gator honors graduate (GO GATORS!), holding a BSBA in sales & marketing. Selected to Phi Kappa Phi Scholastic honorary (top 5% of all graduates). Member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and little sister at Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Always an athlete at heart I and took a different PE class every semester at UF - from bowling to gymnastics to jogging.
  • An MBA high honors graduate from the University of North Florida (Masters in Business Administration).
  • An experienced real estate consultant, starting my real estate career with Prudential as a real estate auditor. I switched over to Regency Centers as Director of Lease Administration for seven years then started my own company called Lease Audit - a  company specializing in real estate lease management and acquisition due diligence.   Working there was the chance for many different real estate experiences with many local companies including Regency Centers, SteinMart, First Union, Tri-Net, Midland and Baita International.
  • A native "Jacksonvillian" that graduated from Wolfson High, where I was an all-state springboard diver, received a "Most Outstanding Athlete" Award,  was a cheerleader (surprised?) and graduated in the top 15 of my class.  I was also a State Champion gymnast in junior high, placing 7th in the state.
  • A graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and prior board member of the Gateway Girl Scout Council, Florida Ballet, MS Society and Kidney Foundation.
  • A passionate fitness enthusiast that has been teaching classes locally for over 20 years (currently a 10 year 'veteran' at the Winston Y). My personal favorite classes are Cycle Rock (only rock-n-roll, please!)  And "Celebrity Fitness" where I replicate a famous celebrity workout. I recently took up yoga, which I previously thought was "stupid" but am now thoroughly enjoying!
  • An equally passionate reader and cook - love to pretend I am a "Chopped" TV contestant each night when I arrive home and open the refrigerator to work with the "mystery ingredients".
  • Devoted to my church and have been a Sunday school leader, youth group volunteer and helped establish The Women's Network, a social and volunteer connection for the younger women of the church. Now I'm too old to be in it!

Husband Murray  is also a native "Jacksonvillian, graduating from Englewood High and the University of Florida! He is an alumni of both Leadership Jacksonville and Leadership Florida and continues to give back to the community as an active past chairman (Red Coat) of the Players Championship, Secretary and long time member of the Ponte Vedra Rotary and faithful Palms Presbyterian member/Youth Group volunteer, where the kids fondly call him  "Mr. B" . He is the Development Director for Communities in Schools and owns a part -time Chief Financial Officer company called Morgan Davis Financial that provides CFO services to small businesses. In his spare time Murray enjoys landscaping, wood working and do-it-yourself projects.  Coincidentally, I don't enjoy some of these same projects.

Daughter Laura graduated Summa Cum Laud from the University of Florida with a major in Piano Performance and a masters in business management. She is the current Miss University of Florida (GO GATORS!), and was 1 of 3 selected for the 2009 UF homecoming court.  Laura was an active leader on the UF campus and selected as a Reitz Scholar, The Presser Music Scholar and for membership into Florida Blue Key. Her key leadership roles on campus included being chairperson of the UF Presidents Hosts for two years, a Student Government Cabinet director,  an assistant director of the Miss UF pageant, and alumni director and chaplain of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority (where she actually lived in her moms old room at the sorority house!).

Laura competed in the Miss Florida pageant where she was a top 10 finalist, won a Miss America Talent Scholarship and a Miss America Scholastic scholarship. She  enjoyed a summer internship with the PGA Tour in the Corporate Marketing department and is now a "1L" - first year law student at the Univeristy of Florida. She's a great gal and we tell her constantly to slow down! We are currently saving money for overachiever therapy :)

Max senior pic.jpgBattle of Midway Dinner 2008 004.jpg Max Standard Bearer 2.jpg 001.JPG Welcome home from Japan 003.JPG max car 001.JPG

Max graduated from Nease High School in 2009 and recently returned from a one year Rotary International Student Youth Exchange to Utsunomiya, Japan (outside of Tokyo) where he had an amazing year of travel, study and 100% immersion in the Japanese culture and education. He is now a freshman in the honors program at the University of North Florida and  lives in a resort with a lazy river out his back window (he insists it's a dorm).  While in high school, Max was extremely active in Navy ROTC and received a nomination to the Naval Academy from representative Mica. He is considering a career in medicine, the Navy, FBI or Foreign Service after graduation. Max is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and was selected as the Standard Bearer of the Year for the Players Championship in 2008, where he volunteered for six consecutive years.

Max loves cars and was ecstatic to have a black 2004 Mazda RX3 manual transmission vehicle waiting for him when returning from Japan . He recently became a "founding father" of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity (ATO) on the UNF campus. But, he still brings his laundry home to mom.
